Regional Franchise Head, META role is based in KSA and will report directly to the Commercial Director, META. The role will lead the strategic direction, business performance, and market expansion of the specialty care portfolio in the region.

- Lead product commercialization and life-cycle management
- Champion innovative approaches and digital transformation
- Advocate for continuous improvement and the adoption of new initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and regulatory bodies
- Support local teams in executing customer-centric marketing strategies and product launches
- Serve as a key liaison between country teams and regional/global leadership
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to guide local teams
- Present portfolio performance and strategic direction to senior leadership
- Promote the integration of digital tools and analytics
- Lead the implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies
- Drive digital initiatives to optimize sales and marketing effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze franchise performance across the region
