Chef de Partie -Tandoor

We are looking for a Chef de Partie - Tandoor to join our team at Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of South Indian dishes, managing ingredients, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Culinary related courses
• Minimum of 4 years of experience, with 1 year experience in similar role
• Ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team and manage a team of 3 - 4 Commis
