Requirements
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, preferably in high-volume restaurants or hotels
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in South Indian cuisine, including regional variations
- Proven experience in menu planning, kitchen management, and staff training
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
- Up-to-date food safety certification
- In-depth understanding of South Indian ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques
