Job Description
As a Senior Talent Finder at Acclaro, you'll lead the charge in building and evolving the talent pipelines that power our language services. You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process, partnering closely with teams across the globe to bring in top-tier talent and create an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, resource management, or community management within the localization industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience.
- Hands-on expertise in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and social recruiting strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and confident communicating across cultures.
