Job Description
1000heads is seeking a Director of Business Development to identify and develop new business opportunities within a rapidly growing social media agency. This role focuses on building relationships with clients, managing RFPs, and contributing to the agency's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of social and influencer marketing and a strong grasp of how to generate value for businesses.
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience at a social/creative agency
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills and proven sales success
- Experience with the HubSpot CRM tool is a plus
