Job Description
Zuora is seeking an Implementation Consultant to assist Enterprise SaaS software implementation in Costa Rica. The role involves solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, focusing on subscription management and recurring revenue optimization. The ideal candidate has extensive experience consulting on SaaS and strong analytical skills.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in consulting for Enterprise Software implementations
- Strong analytical skills and customer-centric mindset
- Experience gathering requirements from customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Familiarity with coding or scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or SQL
- Strong understanding of SaaS platform implementation, particularly in Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Revenue, Billing, CPQ, finance, and subscription management.
