Job Description
Dingli is seeking a Service Technician to provide technical support and after-sales service for their lifting elevator platforms (LPE). The role involves maintaining and repairing platforms, providing technical assistance, and supporting sales activities for clients. The company is a leading manufacturer of lifting elevator platforms and operates with a strong focus on innovation.
Requirements
- Perform field and workshop maintenance on work height platforms and materials handling equipment.
- Solve guarantee issues and communicate inconvenience.
- Provide technical support to Dingli employees, clients, and equipment operators.
- Support AWP clients in sales and repair services.
- Continuously develop skills and qualifications.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
