Job Description
Dingli is seeking a Service Technician to provide technical support and after-sales service for their EWP (Lifting Equipment Platforms) products. The role involves field and in-house maintenance, troubleshooting, repair of equipment, warranty claims, and supporting customer base. The company is a global leader in lifting equipment manufacturing with headquarters in Hangzhou, China.
Requirements
- Perform field and in-house maintenance and repairs on EWP and Material Handling equipment.
- Resolve any guarantee problems.
- Provide technical support to Dingli employees, customers, and equipment operators.
- Support the AWP customer base traveling to sites.
- Develop skills, licenses, and qualifications to meet the position requirements.
- Possessing permanent work rights and no restrictions in the country of residence.
