Job Description
Zeus Industrial Products is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead engineering resources in a high-performance polymer extrusion facility. This role focuses on scalable, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes, driven by leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Manager will report to the Plant Management Team and serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Lead development, scale-up, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support compliant product and process introductions.
- Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, etc.).
- Oversee process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and work collaboratively with the Quality Department.
- Plan and execute capital projects and equipment installations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, AS, TS, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
- Manage engineering budgets and project timelines.
