Job Description
This Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead a team responsible for improving process efficiency and reliability across Fiber Glass Systems Tank Manufacturing facilities. The role involves developing engineers, executing projects, and collaborating with various teams to strengthen plant performance. The position could expand to include additional technical groups based on organizational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline)
- 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
- 3–5 years in a leadership or project management role
- Experience with composites manufacturing or related industries preferred
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies
- Experience with ERP and PLM systems (Teamcenter, Omega, or equivalent)
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
