Job Description
Zeno London is seeking a Strategic Account Director or Senior Account Director to lead their Corporate Reputation team. The role involves strategic partner relationships with leading UK brands, driving impactful communication campaigns, budgeting, and mentorship of junior talent. The position requires proactive and collaborative teamwork within the brand and tech teams.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate communications (ideally global)
- Knowledge of corporate reputation, ESG, sustainability issues & crisis management
- Understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes
- Commercial mindset and ability to challenge conventional thinking
- Experience leading integrated, multi-market campaigns
- Proactive, collaborative approach with a good sense of humour
