Job Description
Zeno is an integrated communications agency seeking an Account Director. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and a creative approach to business development. The successful candidate will lead teams and contribute to achieving client objectives in a fast-growing Australian market, supporting the Managing Director in all operational aspects of the business. They need to be a team player, with a passion for both client and internal growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience, including B2B/Corporate/Fintech expertise
- 2+ years’ experience in an Australian agency environment
- Effective communication – active listening and the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Good judgement and willingness to take risks
- Creative and forward-thinking
- Experience leading projects for brands with diverse communications
