Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in staffing, workforce management, or operational capacity planning
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making style
- More than 2 years of experience in leading high-performing teams
- Outstanding organizational talent, proactive communication, and a hands-on mentality
- Fluent in German and English
