The role involves managing monthly/annual audits, coaching team members, and driving process optimization within a fast-growing accounting department. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in accounting
- 1–2 years of experience in leading a team
- Strong knowledge in HGB and DATEV
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills
- Very good German skills (C1+) and good English skills (B2+)
