Job Description
We are seeking a Country Manager for Uzbekistan to drive business growth, increase client base revenue, and establish strong client relationships. This role involves strategic sales, partnership development, operational oversight, and risk management. The Country Manager will be the face of the Uzbekistan branch, focusing on exceeding client expectations and contributing to company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in FX and CFD brokerage in a sales role.
- Previous Sales Manager job title in the FX industry.
- Proven track record in sales.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets (FX, Commodities, and Equities).
- Strong leadership and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
- Proficiency in sales planning and execution.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills.
- Organizational acumen.
