Senior Recruiter (Contract)

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team on a 10-month contract. As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead the full cycle recruitment process, conduct candidate interviews, and utilize recruitment software to streamline the hiring process. Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high volume recruitment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting top talent
• Advanced knowledge of a modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
