Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, client implementation, customer success, or a similar role within a SaaS or tech-enabled environment
- Familiarity with technical setups, integrations, or configuring system connections
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident leading client-facing meetings
- Problem solver with the ability to diagnose issues, coordinate with teams, and drive resolution
- High attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
