Job Description
ZALORA is seeking a Regional Senior Account Management Executive based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to drive growth of key brands and sellers in Zalora. This role involves collaboration with the Regional Category Manager, strategy development, campaign execution, performance monitoring, and coaching of junior team members. The company is a leading online fashion, beauty and lifestyle destination and part of a larger Global Fashion Group.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or related fields.
- 2-4 years’ experience in business development, category and/or account management, e-commerce, or retail.
- Proven track record in negotiation (promotions, investment, contracts), JBP ownership/support, and revenue-driving campaign execution.
- Excellent command of English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; strong with data analysis and insights storytelling.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills; strong stakeholder management and influence.
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, high ownership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and a team player with a coaching mindset.
