Kidslink Manager and Compliance

The Manager, School Age and Compliance will develop, implement, and manage the ongoing operation of Kidslink Before and After School Programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal childcare regulations and YWCA Hartford Region’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, psychology, or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in a child development program
• Minimum of three (3) years in a Head Teacher capacity
