The Part-Time Kidslink Site Supervisor will provide a supportive, respectful, safe, and healthy environment for all children enrolled in YWCA Hartford Region’s Kidslink programs; supervise a team of Assistant Teachers in a positive work environment that reflects the YWCA Hartford Region’s mission; lead the staff in a supportive and collaborative approach to all program duties and efforts including the execution of all aspects of the daily schedule, taking attendance, preparing and serving snacks, organizing transitions to other activities, and communicating with families.
