Job Description
Yugabyte is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the primary advocate for a portfolio of their largest, most strategic customers. The role involves guiding customers through the onboarding process, managing projects, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring their success with YugabyteDB. This is a hands-on position focused on strategic relationship management and technical expertise, blending customer and technical needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Experience with SaaS, PaaS, or DBaaS products
- Understanding of cloud-native technologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong de-escalation and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
