Job Description
The Tire Building Department is divided into three main sections: Changeover Operator, Belt Side Building Operator, and Carcass Side Builder. Responsibilities include operating production equipment, performing manual labor, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in tire manufacturing or a related field preferred
- Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and pushing heavy objects
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Effective communication skills and teamwork
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and machinery
