Job Description
The Process Technician - Injection Molding 2nd shift operator is responsible for continuously monitoring process parameters and maintaining injection molding processes, including vacuum forming, adhesive spraying, and injection molding. The role involves troubleshooting, documentation, process control management, and training of associates. The position also involves scheduled maintenance and analysis of operations.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Emphasis on mathematics and mechanical engineering
- 3-5 years of experience completing mold changes
- 1-3 years of experience as a plastic process technician
- 3-5 years of experience within the automotive industry
- Ability to travel and work in customer sites
- Systematic Molding training
- Master Molder 1 and 2 training
- 3-5 years of mold change experience
