Mold Set-Up Technician | 3rd Shift

This position is for a Mold Set-Up Technician to ensure injection molding machines are properly set-up and run to customer quality standards. The role involves adjusting machine parameters, maintaining tool changing equipment, and performing quality control testing before molding begins. It’s a 11 PM - 7 AM shift in Fountain Inn, SC.

Requirements

• Create and maintain an environment for safe work environments.
• Change tools per schedule or leadership direction.
• Ensure established Mold Setting processes are followed.
• Maintain all tool change equipment and tools in a safe and clean storage area.
• Complete weekly preventive maintenance on machines and tools.
• Execute production runs; conduct quality control testing.
• Report all damaged tool change equipment to the Production Supervisor.
