XPENG is seeking a talented Staff Software Engineer to join their Fuyao AI Platform team, a core AI infrastructure powering autonomous driving, robotics, and intelligent cockpit operations. The role involves building, optimizing, and expanding the DataLoader and Dataset Management System, contributing to large-scale data processing, model training, and inference acceleration. Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Dataloader SDKs and Dataset Management Systems
• Optimize multi-threaded/multi-process data pipelines
