Requirements
- Validate and process incoming investigation requests through the Personnel Security Investigation Portal (PSIP)
- Process incoming mail and hard copy fingerprint (FP) cards
- Review e-QIP investigation form (SF-85, SF-85P, and SF-86) submissions to ensure compliance with ISP standards
- Communicate with applicants to assure form standards are met for submission
- Provide Customer Support Center (CSC)/help line services to applicants and requesters
- Perform e-QIP Reviews for US Army Recruiting Command (USAREC)
- Process case terminations - as investigation requests are identified as no longer required by requester or investigation request exceeds PSI-CoE allowed completion time
- Submit initial and reinvestigation requests to the Investigation Service Provider (ISP)
- Assure that all required documents are complete and attached to the investigation request at submission
- Screen investigation requests for derogatory information for the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program
