Job Description
We are seeking a structured, proactive and detail-oriented legal professional to support the Company’s corporate, governance and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Degree in Law or equivalent legal education.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a corporate legal, governance or paralegal role.
- Solid understanding of corporate documentation, powers of attorney and notarial procedures.
- Experience reviewing contracts and managing legal documentation.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Professional level of Spanish and English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
