Job Description
We are Finsolutia, a company that is constantly growing, and we have a new vacancy for the role of Paralegal Documentalist in our Legal team in Madrid. This position will be key in providing support to the legal department in the integral management of judicial files, ensuring an agile, documented, and compliant process with internal and regulatory procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in paralegal functions, judicial management, or legal administration.
- Ideally, a degree in Law or similar.
- Advanced handling of office tools (Excel, databases, document management).
- Knowledge of basic judicial documentation, petition, and control.
- Creative capacity for incident resolution.
- Control and follow-up of the portfolio.
- Highly valued: level of spoken and written English.
