Job Description
Responsible for contract billing, data analysis, and customer service for MARC and CVA customers. Assists with contract account balancing, invoice creation, and reporting. Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with Caterpillar software programs.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Data analysis work experience
- Problem-solving skills
- Service department related work experience
- Good customer service and phone skills
- Capacity to run Caterpillar software programs
- Ability to give presentations to internal dealer management and personnel
- Familiarity with Access, Excel, Windows, DOS, Cognos, DBS, and other personal computer software programs
