Job Description
Collinson is seeking a Salesforce Multi Cloud Administrator to develop, optimize, and enhance Salesforce solutions. This role involves system administration, configuration and customization, user administration, and data management. The administrator will work closely with internal and cross-functional teams to drive overall company success and deliver customer experiences. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce platforms
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks (user management, roles, profiles, security)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Ability to manage tasks for multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
