Consulting Specialist - Work and Rewards

You will work as part of the Talent and Rewards (T&R) team focused mainly on managing the country-wide Total Compensation Survey and contributing in rewards design consulting assignments. As you grow and gain more expertise, you will become a key resource for the client and will take on a larger project manager role.

Requirements

• Market research in support of business development initiatives
• Design of HR trends/ pulse surveys and events
• Consulting projects such as: Market pricing, compensation/ benefit audits and special/ customized industry surveys
• Grows database of industry assignment and secures participation of key clients to the annual compensation and benefits survey
• Analyzes and prepares reports on survey results and industry trends and highlights
• Supports execution of marketing and sales plans by contacting new and prospective clients and eventually lead HR-related client events/ conferences
• Conducts market/industry research and contributes to business development plans
• Provides project administration and assistance
• Demonstrates collaborative style and enjoys working with others
• Adheres to commitments and deliverables
• Develops strong, trust based relationships at all levels
• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations and company policies and procedures
• Treats others with mutual respect and trust
• Supports several projects and may eventually manage major parts of a project
