Job Description
As an Analyst for Health & Benefits, you will contribute to clients' benefits strategy through supporting the management of carrier bid, procurement, negotiation process, and various activities related to portfolio maintenance, premium calculation, and invoices reconciliation. You will have the opportunity to grow your benefits acumen, financial, client, and project management skills by working on cutting-edge projects alongside industry leaders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in health and benefits or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic understanding of benefits plans and insurance markets
