WSP USA, Inc. is seeking a Northeast Water Resources Lead to accelerate our growth and advance our performance in water resources across the Northeast. You will set the tone for culture, drive operational excellence, expand strategic client relationships, and serve as a visible water leader in our industry.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and inspire cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
- 15 years of post-education experience in water resources engineering, with at least 10 years of related experience in the Northeast
- Professional Engineering License (PE) in Massachusetts or New York
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, standard of care and project work-related issues
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Proven history of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
