Assistant Vice President-Water/Wastewater Division

We are seeking an Assistant Vice President-Water/Wastewater Division to drive growth, deliver excellence, and mentor staff in our Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate has solid client relationships with Boston-area utilities and municipalities, understands water market trends, and is passionate about building cohesive, best-in-class teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of relevant post-education experience in water resources and/or civil engineering
• Professional Engineering License (PE) in MA
• Strong analytical and design skills
• Extensive experience in the planning, design and construction of multi-discipline projects
• Client development experience
• Commitment to internal and external client service
• Staff development mindset with strong mentoring/teaching skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Collaborative, drives consensus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety
