Assistant Resident Engineer Electrical

WSP Middle East is seeking a dynamic Assistant Resident Engineer Electrical to oversee and manage electrical engineering projects within the ADDC or AADC domain, ensuring projects are executed according to specifications, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• Define Electrical Engineering strategies and undertake feasibility works across numerous project types in UAE
• Develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
• Undertake project documentation reviews and checking in accordance with QA procedures
• Lead the project and undertake line manager responsibility for the project supervision team
• Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies
• Ensure the right resources are utilized effectively at the right time in projects Including engaging with the Complimentary Resource Centers (CRCs) to ensure that communication and design and review processes are continually improved and achieve required targets with expected quality.
