First Shift Window Clerk- Carson, CA

We are hiring for a Window Clerk to provide customer service on the phone, through email and at the service window, working primarily with warehouse staff, customers, and truck drivers.

Requirements

• Answer phones, voicemails, and emails in a professional and prompt manner
• Have working knowledge of the company and customer computer systems
• Accurately and timely enter data as required
• Able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks at the same time
• Resolve discrepancies/provide update statuses with order documents and carrier assignments
• File Paperwork in a timely manner
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel
• Self-motivated and works well with limited direction
