Client Services Rep / Window Clerk - IL 1st Shift

We are hiring for a Client Services Representative/Window Clerk. In this position, you will be responsible for customer service on the phone, through email and at the service window.

Requirements

• Answer phones, voicemails and emails in a professional prompt manner
• Have working knowledge of the company and customer computer systems
• Accurately and timely enter data as required
• Able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks at the same time
• Willings to double check orders on warehouse docks
• Checking drivers in and out and knowing the associated paperwork for them
• Maintaining the dock door board, manage and accurately utilize the Opendock application
• Enter correct data in Autosig
• Scheduling outbound trucks as needed
