People Coordinator

We are looking for a People Coordinator to support our employees and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. As a key member of our team, you will maintain accurate employee records, respond to employee queries, and provide HR advice to employees.

Requirements

• Previous HR administrative experience
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience using an HR system (Workday experience highly desirable)
• Basic understanding of payroll processes
• General knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with great attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize effectively, work at pace, and meet tight deadlines
• Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
