- Demonstrated expertise in technology platform enablement and product adoption strategies
- Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences
- Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training and enablement materials
- Experience in enabling and integrating Generative AI tools
- Adept at strategic stakeholder management and fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, particularly in dynamic environments

- Expertise in simplifying complex concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
