Job Description
Woven City is seeking a Strategic Planning, Assistant Manager - City Operation to develop and implement the planning and leasing strategy of the shop, focusing on creating customer-centric services and improving the living environment in neighborhoods. The role involves tenant MD planning, negotiating leases, and collaborating with the OPM Lead and supply chain to achieve sustainability and return on investment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in establishing and executing retail businesses in Japan
- Native level of Japanese and business-level English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a major company's business establishment and operations
- 5+ years of experience in the establishment and execution of retail businesses in fabrication, store management and store opening management in a mixed commercial facility
