Job Description

This role focuses on planning, opening, and operating leasing and development platforms within their Woven City development project. The team aims to improve the living experience through innovative products, services, and a collaborative community.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail expansion and tenant leasing
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work onsite at Toyota Woven City (Susono)
