2nd Level Support POS Specialist

Worldline is a leading provider of payment technology solutions, and we're looking for a 2nd Level Support POS Specialist to join our international team in Prague. As a specialist, you'll be responsible for providing technical support for our Point of Sale systems, including Payment Terminals, Cash Registers, and IT network. You'll work with our customers to resolve issues and ensure their systems are up and running smoothly. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, learn and grow with the company, and shape the evolution of payments technology.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical field
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable IT support position
• Affinity for IT and English language skills on a professional level
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and Business Objects tools and network technology (an advantage)
