Job Description
Workit Health is seeking a Behavior Health Care Specialist to provide group-based intervention and case management to members with Substance Use Disorders (SUD). The role involves co-facilitating meetings and providing evidence-based services through telehealth, with a flexible schedule including 10-hour shifts, twice a week evenings and a weekend group. This is a full-time, remote position with a commitment to harm reduction and making long-term recovery accessible to addiction recovery clients.
Requirements
- Peer Recovery Coach Certification
- Experience facilitating support groups
- 1+ year of peer recovery experience
- Comfortable working a flexed schedule
