Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential, supportive housing, or behavioral health settings
• Ability to maintain a supportive and structured residential environment
• Strong observational and documentation skills
• Basic knowledge of behavioral health, recovery, and supportive housing models
• Ability to manage medication access logs and enforce compliance with safety procedures
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Dependability, accountability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Comfort with coordinating with property management and contractors
