Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with the Japan team to roll out integration and automation capabilities to end customers, providing guidance on market strategies, adoption planning, and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting, product management, or sales operations
• Experience working directly with customers and retaining them
• Knowledge of integration technology
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Strong customer empathy and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-changing environment
• Passion for automation and its business value
