Job Description
Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst role to join the Corporate Development / M&A team, supporting all 5 divisions in Europe. The role involves evaluating investment opportunities, building business plans, and supporting all aspects of the M&A and due diligence process.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of work experience at a private equity firm, an investment Bank/M&A boutique or financial Due Diligence practice
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or equivalent. MBA preferred
- Highly motivated individual with familiarity in Software / SaaS businesses
- Experience with building financial models as well as business operational models
- Advanced English written and verbal communication skills
- Next level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
