Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join the Corporate Development / M&A team. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, building business plans and supporting all aspects of the M&A and due diligence process.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of work experience at a private equity firm, an investment Bank/M&A boutique or financial Due Diligence practice
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or equivalent
• Highly motivated individual with familiarity in Software / SaaS businesses
• Experience with building financial models as well as business operational models
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills
• Next level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
