Requirements
- Handling 24/7 customer, venue partner, and courier partner support
- Communicating with customers via live chat or over the phone
- Simply and clearly responding to questions and queries from customers, venue partners, and courier partners
- Developing customer, venue partner, and courier partner support
- Fluent in Romanian language and professional working proficiency in English
