We are seeking a Billing Officer to manage the entire invoice process and contribute to the financial administrative flow of a growing company in Antwerp, Belgium. The role involves processing invoices, maintaining data accuracy, communicating with customers, and supporting financial reporting. It's a full-time, on-site position with an office in Stabroek.
Requirements
- Processing and checking of customer invoices.
- Maintaining accurate customer data and payment information.
- Communicating with customers about invoice inquiries and payment deadlines.
- Contributing to the improvement of the invoicing process.
- Reporting of outstanding receivables and payment statuses.
- Supporting month and year reports within the financial department.
- Fluency in Dutch and good knowledge of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Proactive, independent worker with a team player mentality.
