The Billing Officer is responsible for performing administrative tasks and processing documents and data according to prescribed procedures and available tools, ensuring that accurate administrative records are available on time.
Requirements
- Ability to organize, prepare, and compile documents using information from multiple sources
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)

- Educational background: high school diploma
- Experience: Junior position (0-3 years) –prior experience is preferred
- Experience with alphabetical and coded filing of documents.
- Familiarity with company-specific software (e.g., AS400, Cargowise) for data entry and retrieval is preferred
- Knowledge of logistic terminology and daily documentation like incoterms, airway bill
- Fluency in Dutch, with the ability to use professional terminology in French and English for requesting and providing data and information, both internally and externally
